If you love the sound of the sea, the peace of the island and the Dalmatian ambience, then this is the property for you!
The house is old, autochthonous, built at the beginning of the last century, and is located on the island of Zlarin.
It was remodeled in this style, in 1972 and 2008, but using modern materials.
The house is used only by the family during the summer, and in other seasons, depending on free time.
The house has never been used for rental purposes.
The electric heating system is remotely controlled, so that in the colder months the house welcomes us warm.
On the ground floor, underfloor heating is installed in the living room, kitchen and dining room, which are connected into a whole unit.
On the ground floor, in addition to the hallway, bathroom and boiler room,
there is a large living room with dining room and kitchen,
wood fireplace - 8 kW, all about 80 m2, and stairs leading to the 1 + 2nd floor.

One bedroom 1st floor has a "slar" - a stone staircase for exit to the street-square.
The second bedroom 1st floor has access to a covered terrace of 15 m2, from which there is a view of the square, the sea and the highest peak of the island.
